Referral Program Terms

The referral program is available to organizations with an active Fiscora account in good standing. Each organization can generate one referral link or code that may be shared publicly or privately.

Referred organizations must be new Fiscora customers. Self-referrals, referrals between organizations with the same tax ID or the same billing account, and referrals created through fake or duplicate accounts are not eligible.

The active reward mode is shown on your referrals page. Depending on the mode, either both parties receive a billing credit, or the referrer receives one month free applied as a 100% discount on their next billing cycle.

Only one reward is granted per referred organization, regardless of how many links or codes it interacted with. Attribution is based on the first referral code recorded at registration.

Rewards become due only after the referred organization has spent the qualifying amount (shown on the referrals page) in paid subscription charges, excluding VAT, refunds, chargebacks, and failed payments.

After the threshold is reached, rewards are issued once a risk window has passed, to allow for potential refunds or chargebacks.

We may flag, withhold, deny, or reverse rewards where we detect self-referrals, coordinated abuse, payment fraud, or any behavior intended to game the program.

Flagged referrals are reviewed manually. Our decision after review is final.

Billing credits are applied to your Fiscora billing account and are used automatically against upcoming subscription invoices. Credits and free months have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be paid out.

You are responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from receiving referral rewards under the laws applicable to you.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Rewards already earned before a change remain valid. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
