Physical cards use the same gift-card records as digital ones. Set up artwork under Gift cards → Print templates, create blanks under Batches, then activate at sale. Digital and online sale steps are in how to sell gift cards.
Create a print template
- Open Gift cards → Print templates and create a named template.
- Upload front and back artwork, set the A4 sheet grid (columns, rows, margins).
- Drag code, QR, and terms overlays into place; enable a transparent QR background if needed. Terms text is set by Fiscora in Spanish (not editable); expiry wording follows the batch policy. Terms are required on at least one side.
- Save when both sides have artwork, at least one code or QR overlay is enabled, and terms are enabled on at least one side — the template shows as Ready for batch export.
Create and print a batch
- Open Gift cards → Batches and create a batch (count, optional fixed value, expiry months from activation).
- Open the batch, choose a Ready print template, and export front and back print PDFs for duplex print-and-cut.
- Use CSV or the proof PDF if you need codes for an external printer.
Sell and void
- At the counter, use Activate blank card with the printed code (also linked from Quick sale).
- Void individual blank cards from the card detail, or void the whole batch if stock was lost — remaining blanks are cancelled.
