How to review client tax ID fields

Open the client tax section

  1. Open Clients and edit the customer record.
  2. Scroll to the tax ID section.
  3. Confirm country, number, and identifier type match official documents.

Save changes

  1. Update fields when the customer legal identity changed.
  2. Save the client before creating new invoices.
  3. Existing issued invoices keep the details they had at issue time.
