The employee onboarding wizard creates a minimal employee record first, then opens the full profile — see how to complete an employee profile and how to manage employees.

Start the wizard
- Open Management and select Employees.
- Select Onboarding, or open Employees → New employee (wizard) directly.
- Enter legal name, contact details, tax ID, and postal code.
Continue setup
- Select Start onboarding to create the employee and open the profile.
- Complete payroll fields such as gross salary, contract dates, and IBAN.
- Upload contracts or IDs in attachments when needed.
- Mark onboarding complete when required fields pass validation.
