How to onboard a new employee

Use the employee onboarding wizard to capture identity details and continue payroll setup.

The employee onboarding wizard creates a minimal employee record first, then opens the full profile — see how to complete an employee profile and how to manage employees.

Start the wizard

  1. Open Management and select Employees.
  2. Select Onboarding, or open Employees → New employee (wizard) directly.
  3. Enter legal name, contact details, tax ID, and postal code.

Continue setup

  1. Select Start onboarding to create the employee and open the profile.
  2. Complete payroll fields such as gross salary, contract dates, and IBAN.
  3. Upload contracts or IDs in attachments when needed.
  4. Mark onboarding complete when required fields pass validation.
