How to switch language and basic preferences

Change the workspace UI language from your profile menu and set organization defaults such as timezone, date format, and currency.

Fiscora separates your personal UI language from organization defaults. You can read the app in English or Spanish while keeping invoice and document settings aligned with your business — see how to update organization settings.

Switch the workspace language

  1. Select your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
  2. Open the Language section in the menu.
  3. Choose English or Español.
  4. The page reloads with the selected interface language.

Set organization preferences

  1. Select Settings in the left navigation.
  2. Open the Preferences section.
  3. Adjust default currency, number format, timezone, language, and date format for the organization.
  4. Select Save to apply the changes.

What each preference affects

  1. Timezone and date format change how dates appear across the workspace.
  2. Number format controls separators used in amounts and reports.
