Invoice templates control how PDFs look when you issue invoices. See how to use invoice templates and how to manage branding and contact details.

Start a new template
- Open Templates under Management in the sidebar.
- Select New template.
Configure layout and branding
- Enter a template name and choose a base style.
- Set accent color and optional logo URL.
- Adjust typography, footer text, and visible table columns.
- Use the preview panel to check English and Spanish layouts.
Save and use the template
- Select Save template when the preview looks correct.
- Mark the template as default if new invoices should use it automatically.
- Return to Settings → Invoice defaults to confirm the default PDF template selection.
