How to duplicate a quote

Create a new quote from an existing one when you need similar pricing for another customer or period.

Duplicating copies the quote structure into a new draft so you can adjust the client, dates, or amounts without retyping every line. See how to create a quote and how to edit a quote.

Duplicate a quote

  1. Open Sales and then Quotes.
  2. Find the quote you want to copy.
  3. Open the row actions menu.
  4. Select Duplicate.
  5. Fiscora opens the new draft quote for review.

After duplicating

  1. Update the client if the copy is for a different customer.
  2. Adjust dates, descriptions, or prices.
  3. Send or convert the new quote when it is ready.
