Editing a catalog product updates the defaults used when you add the item to invoices, quotes, or recurring schedules. See how to create a product and how to manage products and services.

Open the product
- Select Products in the left navigation.
- Open the product you want to edit from the list.
Update fields
- Change name, description, unit price, or VAT rate.
- Assign categories when you group catalog items.
- Toggle active status if the item should no longer appear in pickers.
Save or delete
- Select Save to apply your changes.
- Use Delete only when the product is no longer needed and not referenced on open documents.
